As of now, most orders are shipping in 7-10 business days from date of purchase unless otherwise noted. However, Silk Plants Canada.com. is not responsible for non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as labor and/or maritime strikes, customs delays, and Acts of God. Shipping costs calculated upon checkout are estimates using current Fedex Rate Guides and the weight of the item(s) purchased and may not accurately reflect the actual shipping charge for the item(s) ordered depending upon the item(s) actual dimensions and other factors. * If there is any difference between the shipping cost calculated upon checkout and actual shipping charges incurred by Silk Plants Canada.com., the customer may receive a credit or an additional charge for shipping.
