By ordering any product or service via the Site, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time. As of now, most orders are shipping within 2-10 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. However, RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. is not responsible for non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as labor and/or maritime strikes, customs delays, and Acts of God. Shipping costs calculated upon checkout are estimates using current Freight Rate Guides and the weight of the item(s) purchased and may not accurately reflect the actual shipping charge for the item(s) ordered depending upon the item(s) actual dimensions and other factors. * If there is any difference between the shipping cost calculated upon checkout and actual shipping charges incurred by RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. the customer may receive a credit or an additional charge for shipping. Despite our best efforts to sell online only those products we have in stock, the quantity may not be available for all products. RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. warrants that it will replace or refund for the purchase price (less a restocking fee of 20% if a refund is given) any products purchased through the Site at any time within the three (3) days following your receipt of the item. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES. RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
All returns must be made within 7 days of the date of receipt of shipment. I'm sorry but we cannot refund any shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (including initial freight costs and/or pickup fees, if applicable.) A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. is not responsible for the freight charges of returned goods directly resulting from customer error. No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. Any used merchandise will not be eligible to be returned. International orders are non-returnable. Custom Made items are non-returnable. Our products are not recommended for outdoor use unless expressly noted, and RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. is not responsible for any damage caused by the weather. Please open your cartons and identify all materials immediately upon receipt of shipment. This is to ensure all items ordered are present and intact. Any product that has been subject to misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair, neglect, alteration, improper installation or other acts which are not the fault of RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. including damage caused by shipping can not be returned to RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. If the product you receive is damaged, you MUST make note of damages on the truck bill of lading or immediately notify your driver to mark any damages on their shipping form. YOU MUST MAKE NOTE OF ANY DAMAGES BEFORE THE SHIPPING CLERK LEAVES YOUR FACILITY. RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. staff will be happy to assist you with filing a shipping claim, however, damage claims are your responsibility! Please contact RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. customer support department at 1-877-814-7455. Give your order number or customer account number (if available), item number, and the quantity you wish to return. Also, briefly explain why you would like to return the merchandise. We will issue you a return authorization number and then evaluate the restocking charges. Please mark the outside of your carton (s) with your return authorization number for immediate processing. Items not returned in their original box or improper repackaging of items will not be accepted by RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. If you are unable to use RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. original box, please notify RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. before you return the item. RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. will give you the correct shipping address to return the merchandise. Please DO NOT return the product to us without receiving prior instructions or return additional merchandise not previously authorized. You will have 7 days from the date you receive your return authorization number to send returned items back to our shipping facility. Authorized returns arriving back to RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. more than 14 days from the date of the return authorization will be subject to additional return fees. After the product has been returned and inspected by RG's Creative Plant Interiors Inc. shipping staff, we will issue a credit to your credit card for which the purchase was made.
The purchaser should inspect their shipment immediately upon receipt. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please note that there is a Minimum Order value of $20.00 for an order to be processed.
