Silk Plants Canada — Return & Refund Policy

At Silk Plants Canada, we take pride in offering high-quality artificial plants, trees and décor. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

Returns

Eligible Canadian orders may be returned when a return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Item number(s)
  • Quantity being returned
  • Reason for the return

Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Merchandise must be unused, unaltered and in its original condition.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • The authorized return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RA#.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping, freight and delivery charges are non-refundable.

There is no restocking fee on approved returns.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made products
  • Special-order products
  • Orders shipped outside Canada, including orders shipped to the United States
  • Used, altered, modified or improperly stored merchandise

Many of our custom artificial trees and plants are handcrafted using natural wood and individually assembled. Natural variations in wood structure, shape and foliage placement are normal characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your shipment appears damaged, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt or bill of lading before the driver leaves whenever possible. Please contact Silk Plants Canada within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order information, photographs and details of the damage.

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that may apply under applicable consumer protection law.

Outdoor Use

Products are not recommended for outdoor use unless the individual product description specifically states that the product is suitable for outdoor use.

Silk Plants Canada is not responsible for fading, deterioration or other weather-related damage resulting from outdoor exposure where a product is not represented as suitable for such use.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If an eligible product is approved for return, return the item according to the instructions provided. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement product you would like.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping, freight and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Processing and posting times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
